Candy pitches a business proposition and dude basically turned her down because she a hoe. Now if a regular guy pitched that idea dude would’ve accepted it. Shows that Candy has a mountain to climb. 

I don’t know that cop name so he’s “D’Angelo from The Wire” until further notice but his interests in why impoverished blocks are no arrest zones are warranted. Shows you how scary money is. You have no clue where that money trail leads to in order to make that decision.
