6 REASONS TO GO TO DISTORTEDD ART PARTY
EVENT: DISTORTEDD ART PARTY AKA DISTORTMIDWEST
DATE: FEBRUARY 19 (ST.LOUIS) & FEBRUARY 20 (CHICAGO)
LOCATION: THE KITCHEN SINK (ST.LOUIS) & IRIDIUM (CHICAGO)
The week is here. The week of The DistortMidwest/Distortedd Art Party in St.Louis and Chicago. I've been waiting for it. You've been waiting for it and it's finally near. I've personally been very excited for this event because I know how much work went into it behind the scenes and I can't wait to witness the payoff. Blessings on Blessings like a muhfucka. There will always be people one the fence in life so of course there will be people on the fence about coming to this event. It's cool. This is why I am here. Benny is here to help you out. I'm not going to flame you. I'll save that for when I see your looking ass at the function. Here are some reasons to attend The Distortedd Art Party.
THERE'S SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY
You like art? It's here. You like live performances? It's here. You like to chill and just hear music? It's here. Mingle and meet new people? It's here. You want some merch or art to purchase? It's here. We like you and The squad got you covered. If you don't want to do none of the things that are offered I'm just going to assume you're boring as fuck and one of those people who still leave voice messages in 2016. Don't be that person. Come thru.
DIFFERENT
I'm speaking on St.Louis on this one. Chicago has events like this all the time and they always do numbers. It's very rare that St.Louis has an event like this on the regular. A lot of my homies throw cool shit just like this but it's only so much they can do. They're human. I see more of the same events here with the model with the phat ass and titties on the flyer and we know damn well them titties ain't coming nowhere near the venue. I'm a lover of diversity and this party with Distortedd just gives off that vibe. A event that's different from what I see here in St.Louis constantly.
OPENS MORE DOORS
If the event is successful (Which it will be) it will open more doors for future events. Bigger events. If we turn up, do numbers, and people outside the city see us show distortedd love and support then it's going to bring more people here to want to throw events and collaborate with the talented artists here in St.Louis. What happens after that? It brings more money to the city. This has benefits in the long term for St.Louis and future events for you to enjoy. Chicago already established as a huge city. It's time for St.Louis to go way up.
DISTORTEDD BABY HAIRS
Miss Santana baby hairs hypnotizes me. Just look at this talented beautiful woman. She look better than a Rugrats and Hey Arnold Marathon with a pantry full of snacks. Might have to wear my good doo rag to this event and propose to her in Dominican to let her know it's real. We go good together like DMX and Aaliyah in the "Back In One Piece" video. If you want to come witness this then come thru. If you want to come hate on me and block my blessing that's cool too. Just as long as you come.
LIVE ACTS
I can vouch for The Domino Effect & Tino for the St.Louis event and Smino & Jean Deaux for the Chicago event and they're all dope as fuck. The other artists I haven't seen live I look forward to seeing them and I'm sure they're dope also. My homies don't co-sign wack shit. Come experience some fresh new artists so you can put them in your ipod , hook up your aux cord and vibe later.
JON PUT ON
Look at this video man. Jon doing his own stunts. Running through parking garages like a black Jason Statham and his hat didn't fall off one got damn time. Talent, ladies and gentlemen. Jon Alexander the hardest working man in St.Louis. Flat the fuck out. He's all about business first and he kick it second. He was extremely focused and in a creative zone on helping planning this event for St.Louis. The visuals you saw. The behind the scenes work. Getting everyone involved on the same page. You don't know how much time and sacrifice goes into those things. Artists put their reputations on the line to bring cities events like this. Let's give our brother some support. He put on for us. One love to CJ Pasley and Black Prism Ent for working on the Chicago. I know they worked hard too so I need all of Chicago to come out and show them love too. Come out. Vibe. Make cool memories together.
