Reasons why Otto Rocket is the most underrated cartoon character in cartoon history. 

PASSIONATE 

What makes Otto Rocket the most underrated cartoon character to me is his passion for what he does. You see a lot of people who are naturally talented not really give a fuck about what they’re naturally talented at which is fine. I’ve seen plenty of athletes quit sports they’re amazing at to go do something else they’re passionate about. 

Given his age, Otto has this insane passion for extreme sports. He can’t function without skating, surfing, roller blading, whatever extreme sport he’s feeling that day. 

THE WILL TO WIN 

The kid just wanted to win at everything his name and reputation was attached to. Highly competitive which can be good and bad but other kids knew that when they’re up against Otto they knew they were competing against someone who’s playing for keeps. 

GENERATIONAL TALENT 

Otto Rocket was a generational talent. This kid was doing Tony Hawk caliber skateboard tricks and big wave surfing as a 4th grader. He was a true child prodigy. 

SAFETY FIRST 

Otto always wore protective gear. Stay safe kids. 

LOYALTY

Otto could’ve been endorsed by bigger companies for his talents but he chose to ride for his dad’s small company “Rocket Boards” which makes sense because his name is attached to it and he can help build it into something huge. In addition to that he always rode for his friends and his sister. He can make stupid decisions sometimes but in the end Otto always ends up doing what’s right. 

STOOD OUT 

Otto moved and looked differently. Rocked a headband with dreadlocks, v neck, and he never took off his shades until it was time for him to go to sleep. Only Otto Rocket can wear shades inside buildings or everywhere he went and not look like a dickhead. 

BRANDING 

Otto understood that he was a brand. He was vlogging before vlogging became a thing. He just had his homie Twister bring the camera everywhere they went. Filmed and documented every mission they went on and played the footage at the Shore Shack for people to see. The videos got Otto’s name out there as the best athlete in Ocean Shores.  I know a lot of talented people who need to read and do this shit. 

PUSHED HIS FRIENDS 

Otto motivated his sister and his friends. Although sometimes he could be annoying by expecting too much from his loved ones his heart was in the right place. He had the ability to get everybody hyped with his “I refuse to lose” mentality. He wants to be the best in everything so that rubs off onto his sister and friends. 

HATED LAMES 

Otto hated lame-o’s and shoobies. As he fucking should.
