Bloom? The Pokemon?

Nope that's Gloom my friend.

The Nirvana song?

Nope that's "In Bloom" A classic tune I must say.

The Radiohead Song?

No that's the Intro to the "King Of Limbs" album.

I'm talking about the artist with the indescribable spirit and voice. If I tried to describe Bloom's voice I'd say it's how Taco's would sound if Taco's could sing. Taco's are glorious and they would have a beautiful voice if they could sing I imagine.

Her voice is not only beautiful it's strong and powerful. I'm talking raw nature powerful. Like 10 silverback gorillas and 10 grizzly bears strong or tsunami in the ocean powerful. Let's take this back a little bit.

So I'm helping with VIBES the grand arts event in July and I'm helping out with the soundcheck of the artists. I see Bloom set up. Met her a few nights prior. A very sweet, polite, respectful spirit. A all around good person.

Don't take this the wrong way when I say this. I had no high or low expectations for any artists performing at VIBES. I just wanted the event to go smooth that was my highest priority. I wish everyone does well, enjoy themselves, and get home safely.

Okay sound check is starting and Bloom is setting up and I'm texting on my phone and when Bloom starts singing her voice literally knocked my soul out of my body like in that "Doctor Strange" movie. I had an outer body experience.

I looked at Bloom with the most confused face I could make. I forgot who the fuck I was texting. I never heard a voice like that from St.Louis. I'm like "What the fuck is going on right now?" That voice didn't come out of that frame. No fucking way. *Cue the I am Legend gif*

Yes. I was Will Smith at that moment. I couldn't believe it. I've rarely ever been impressed like that. Bloom's voice had me like

After the sound check I knew the crowd had no idea what they were about to experience.

When [SIN]SES was announced it was a no brainer that I would be in attendance. No way I'm missing this and you shouldn't miss this either.

Reasons why you should bring that ass to [SIN]SES.

CELEBRATING WOMEN

From what I've seen about this concert is that it's being put together by creative women in St.Louis which is pretty fucking awesome and very much needed.

Women working together and supporting each other is something I'm always here for instead of feeding into the stereotype that all they do is gossip about each other and pray for each other's downfall.

I'm seeing women as photographers, videographers, DJ's, event planners, all come together for one common goal. Give St.Louis a night they will never forget. It feels like a woman's holiday and I'm not mad at that.

A beautiful sight indeed.

BLOOM DOES THINGS HER WAY

One of the many things I like about Bloom is that she moves to her own beat. I don't get the feeling she's trying to be anyone or please anyone. I get a sense of a woman that's comfortable with who she is. She's not trying to fit in with the norms but she's not degrading anyone who does either. She's just happy to be here.

Artists like that usually leave a huge impact on the world because they show us that there isn't one right way to pursue something. You can express yourself in so many different ways and still relay the same positive message. It's all about your perception. It's what creativity and art is about.

I just see a person who has arrived and is unapologetic about who she is and the path she took to become who she is today. I really admire that about Bloom. I have no problems showing support to spirits like that.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT

I know I'm seeing an artist with incredible talent and that's about it. I'm actually scared (In a good way) because I don't know what to expect. What if the show is like that movie "Eyes Wide Shut" and we all gotta wear masks and shit? Just nekidness everywhere.

Possible Skee-Ball machine? Dancers? A butler serving hor d'oeuvres? Live models who just stare at the audience all night? Funnel cakes? I don't know. The possibilities are endless and it excites me.

THE ROLLOUT

The execution and rollout to this show has been perfect. It's been well thought out and everything has been timed so perfectly. Shows me that Bloom and her team cares about this show. It's not about a quick buck.

The marketing (Eww I hate that word) has been really incredible for this [SIN]SES campaign. If the rollout makes me feel that I would be a world class idiot if I miss the event that means it's very excellent.

Plus using words like "Orgasmic" in describing the event helps. Orgasmic? Women? Count me in.

FINESSING MY WAY INTO JE$$ FOOTAGE

If the Hardy Boyz had amazing talents in the arts and titties they would be Jessica J. Page and Bloom. Maybe they're 2 Lita's. I don't know. All that I know is that they're the shit together.

The work they have done together is next level and authentic. Their talents compliment each other so well and the chemistry is just there.

Jessica makes everything look better when she's behind the camera so that's why I have to finesse my way into some footage of the night so she can make a average looking nigga like me look ten times better. Just check out all of Bloom and Jess photos and videos for the event. They're so simple and beautiful. The tag team champions make me excited for the concert.
